What we go through
A move-out clean is not a thorough ordinary clean — it is a full pass through the whole home, measured against what a landlord or a buyer actually checks.
- Every room from ceiling to floor: walls, skirting, doors, frames and switches.
- Inside and on top of every cupboard and drawer, and behind appliances where they can be moved.
- Kitchen: worktops, tiles, extractor, hob, oven and fridge.
- Bathroom: full limescale removal and disinfection of shower, drain, basin and toilet.
- Windows on the inside, with frames, channels and vents.
- A final check by us before the keys are handed over.
Approved move-out clean guarantee
If the clean is not approved by the landlord or at handover, we come back and put it right at no cost. Let us know within 72 hours of the handover and we will arrange a new time.
Price
How the price is calculated
- Kr 87 per m² as the base price.
- +30 % for each floor beyond the first.
- +15 % for each bathroom beyond the first.
- Example: 70 m² on one floor with one bathroom comes to kr 6 090.
You pay 40 % of the estimate at booking. The rest you pay once the work is done and you have approved the fixed price.
