The comparison is easy in Sandefjord because the competitors actually publish figures. The area
Sandefjord municipality is not one housing market. The centre has flats and older blocks, Framnes sits by the fjord with older housing, Stokke is a settlement of detached houses, and Vear is effectively a suburb of Tønsberg that happens to lie in another municipality.
None of the competitors distinguishes between these in their content, even though they differ in everything else: type of home, age, size and how far we have to drive. We account for that in the quote, not in the marketing.
The detached houses in Stokke and at Vear carry more exterior surface than a flat in the centre, and that is where façade washing and roof cleaning earn their keep. We use gentle soft wash with eco-labelled products that protect paint and boards, not high pressure that tears at them.

The first visit costs NOK 625 an hour. If we completed a home clean for you less than 60 days ago, the rate is NOK 550. We put in enough people that the visit is over in under three hours.
