We are based in Tønsberg and drive to Sandefjord regularly. The service prices are identical, but Sandefjord lies outside the free travel zone — and you should see that fee before you pay, not after.
Honest about travel
Our base is Skiringssalgaten 6B in Tønsberg, and the first 5 kilometres are included in the price. Sandefjord lies outside that zone, so a travel fee of kr 20 per kilometre applies. We say it here because it is duller to discover in a booking than on a website.
The fee is calculated from the address you give us and appears as its own line before you pay. It is a cost per kilometre, not a mark-up on the work — the service price itself is exactly the same as in Tønsberg.
For recurring cleaning, the travel is assessed once per visit. If several of you in the same housing association or the same street would like us on the same day, get in touch before booking — then we drive out there once.
The services
Move-out cleaning costs kr 87 per square metre, with 30 % added per floor beyond the first and 15 % per bathroom beyond the first. A 90 m² home on one floor with one bathroom comes to kr 7 830. If the clean is not approved at handover, we come back free of charge.
Recurring cleaning costs kr 625 per hour per person, and kr 550 once you have had a completed home job with us less than 60 days ago. We put in enough people to be finished in under 5 hours.
Outdoor work — roof cleaning, façade washing, window cleaning with steam — is priced after an inspection. We come, look, document with photos and give you a fixed price. A location close to the sea often means more algae on the north side and more salt on the façade than people expect.
40 % of the estimate, or kr 1250 where the price can only be set after an inspection. The travel fee to Sandefjord comes on top and is shown as its own line. The rest you pay once the work is done and you have approved the fixed price — if you do not approve it, the deposit is returned.
