We charge kr 87 per square metre, with additions for floors and extra bathrooms. You can work it out yourself before you book, and if the clean is not approved at handover, we come back free of charge.
The price
The base price is kr 87 per square metre. If the home has more than one floor, we add 30 % per floor beyond the first — stairs, an extra bathroom in the basement and carrying equipment up and down genuinely cost time. If you have more than one bathroom, we add 15 % per extra bathroom, because a bathroom is the most time-consuming square metre in a home.
An example: a 70 m² flat on one floor with one bathroom comes to kr 6 090. A 120 m² house over two floors with two bathrooms comes to kr 15 608. Both figures are produced by the same calculator that runs in the booking — they have not been typed in by hand here.
At booking you pay 40 % of the estimate. The rest you pay once the work is done and you have approved the fixed price. We do not start until you have said yes to that price in writing.
The contents
A move-out clean is not a thorough spring clean — it has to survive a landlord or a surveyor walking through the property with a torch. We work from ceiling to floor in every room, and we go through the places people do not see until the furniture is moved.
In Tønsberg we meet two things again and again: hard water leaving limescale on bathrooms and shower screens, and older flats in the centre where frames, skirting boards and vents carry years of layers. Both are craftsmanship, not speed.
If the clean is not approved by the landlord or at the handover inspection, we come back and put it right free of charge. That is a guarantee we can give because we carry out a final inspection ourselves before leaving the property — not because we hope nobody checks.

Because they genuinely take more time. Each floor beyond the first adds 30 %, and each bathroom beyond the first adds 15 %. A bathroom is the most labour-intensive square metre in a home: limescale, grouting, drains and shower screens all take time to get properly clean.
Then we come back and put it right free of charge. Let us know as quickly as you can after the inspection, ideally with photos of what was pointed out, and we will agree a time straight away.
The end of the month is the busiest time — most handovers happen then. Book as soon as the date is known, ideally two to three weeks ahead. If you need something sooner, ask anyway; we will tell you honestly whether we have capacity.
Yes, in practice. We need empty rooms to reach floors, skirting boards, cupboards and the space behind appliances. If furniture or boxes are left, we cannot finish the job, and the guarantee becomes difficult to stand behind.
