The price, without a form
Drammen has the strongest detailing competition in the market. Several workshops have their own price pages, one has a fixed package, and a couple of mobile operators deliver to your door. Even so, there is one thing none of them writes down: how much more an SUV or a van costs.
They use categories — small, large, transporter — with no percentage behind them. The price you read is then only a starting point, and you find out the rest when the quote arrives. We state the figure: SUV 30 per cent, van 40 per cent, calculated into the price you see before you book.
The same goes for the driving. Drammen is the longest trip in our service area, about 65 to 70 kilometres via the E18, and the travel fee is noticeable. We do not hide it — we calculate it from your address and put it in the quote, so you can compare the total against a local workshop and choose for yourself.

The area
The building stock in the centre is dominated by flats: Bragernes, Strømsø, Union Brygge and Gulskogen. That means street parking and car parks rather than driveways, and it is the one thing we have to arrange in advance here that we rarely need to further south.
We need a space where we can reach all the way around the car. A car park works if the ceiling height allows and you can let us in; a street bay works if it is long enough. Access to power or water is arranged where needed — we carry both ourselves.
The opening hours help with exactly this. We work every day between 09:00 and 20:00, so the job can be scheduled for a time when the parking is actually free rather than in the middle of the rush.

Drammen is roughly 65 to 70 kilometres from our base in Tønsberg via the E18 and is the longest drive we make. The travel fee is NOK 20 per kilometre from where the five free kilometres end, it is therefore substantial, and the whole amount is in the quote before you confirm.
