What people ask first
Do I get the price before you start?
Yes. You get a fixed price in writing before we begin, based on what you tell us about the car or the home. Should it turn out to be substantially more work than described, we get in touch and agree it with you before carrying on — we never add anything on our own.
How far do you travel?
We drive out from Skiringsalgaten 6 B in Tønsberg and cover the town and the neighbouring municipalities. The first five kilometres are included in the price; beyond that there is a travel fee of 20 kroner per kilometre, shown in the booking before you confirm.
Which products do you use?
We use eco-labelled products wherever a good alternative exists, and dose them to the manufacturer's instructions rather than by guesswork. A few tasks — heavy degreasing and some outdoor work — call for stronger chemistry; there we use the smallest effective amount and rinse thoroughly.
How do I pay?
Car detailing is paid by card at booking, because the slot is then reserved for you and binding. For home work you pay 40 per cent of the estimate at booking, and the rest once the work is done and you have seen the result. Businesses can arrange to be invoiced.
