A home that stands up to close inspection

The base rate is kr 87 per square metre. Each floor beyond the first adds 30 % — stairs, and carrying equipment up and down, cost real time. Each bathroom beyond the first adds 15 %, because a bathroom is the most labour-intensive square metre in any home: limescale, grout, drains and shower glass.

Two worked examples, calculated by the same function that runs inside the booking flow: a 70 m² flat on one floor with one bathroom comes to NOK 6 090. A 120 m² house over two floors with two bathrooms comes to NOK 15 608. Amounts are rounded to whole kroner, and ties go the customer’s way.

If the clean is not approved by the landlord or at the handover inspection, we come back and put it right at no cost. We can promise that because we run our own final check before we leave.

Home work is quoted, not sold off a shelf, so it is not paid up front the way car work is. When you book, you pay 50 % of the lower end of the estimate. If the job is one where a price can only be set after an on-site inspection, the deposit is a flat kr 1250 instead.

The time you pick is a preference until we confirm it — unlike car bookings, which reserve the slot immediately. Within one working day you receive the fixed price in writing, itemised. Work starts only once you approve it. If you do not approve it, the deposit is returned.

The remaining balance is paid after the work is done. Travel is charged from Skiringssalgaten 6B, 3116 Tønsberg: the first 5 km are included, then kr 20 per km, shown in the booking before you pay.
