What interior cleaning costs in Tønsberg
The price that looks odd at first makes sense once you see what is in it: the standard wash at NOK 1,100 costs less than the deep clean at NOK 1,500, and it still washes the outside. The reason is depth inside. NOK 1,100 is wiping and vacuuming; NOK 1,500 is detailed cleaning of the cabin alone.
We do not sell the interior half of the standard wash at a lower price. We are there anyway, the equipment is on the van, and skipping the outside saves too little time to be an honest discount.

Choose the depth
Standard wash or deep clean — how deep do you need to go?
The question is not how dirty the car looks but how dirty it is. Dust on the dashboard and grit in the mats is surface, and wiping and vacuuming handle it. Stains in the upholstery, sticky buttons, streaks on the inside of the windscreen and a boot liner that has hosted a dog are something else.
We recommend the smallest thing that actually solves the problem. Describe a car with some dust and a few crumbs and we will say the standard wash is enough — even if you asked about the deep clean.

How we work
How an interior clean works at your door
We come to the address you give us with our own water, our own power and the whole kit on board. The car does not have to move, and you provide nothing.
Interior work is the one treatment we can do in almost any weather, as long as we can open the doors. In rain we work from the doors with the equipment sheltered — one reason this is our most booked service through the winter.
Emptying and first vacuum
Mats out, loose items collected in a box you get back, and a first pass with the vacuum over floor, seats and boot.
The details, with a brush
On a deep clean we go into the seams: console, vents, buttons, door pockets and seat rails. On a standard wash the same surfaces are wiped, without the seam work.
Glass and mirrors
Inner windows and mirrors are polished last, once dust and cleaner are out of the cabin — otherwise they settle straight back onto the glass.
Fabric and smell, if booked
Seat treatment, pet hair or A/C cleaning goes in here, as separate steps with their own drying time.
What we need from you
Room to open all four doors and the tailgate fully. Take out valuables and papers beforehand; we remove child seats ourselves, but tell us in advance so we set aside time to refit them properly. Allow around 2.5 hours for the standard wash and 3.5 for the deep clean. If the fabric has been wet-cleaned, the car should stand and dry for a few hours afterwards. Water and power we bring ourselves.

Cabins in Tønsberg get dirty in two ways, and each has its season. From November to April it is grit and road salt carried in on shoes, settling as a grey film over mats and sills. From May it is sand from Ilene and the beaches on the Nøtterøy side, working its way down into the carpet fibre where a vacuum barely reaches.
In practice that makes interior work a good fit here: we do not need dry weather the way polishing does, only access to the car. Whether it stands in the parking structure under a block at Kilen or in a visitor bay at Eik, the job goes the same as in a driveway at Sem.

Can you remove pet hair?
Yes, NOK 599 as an add-on for seats, carpets and boot. We treat it as its own item rather than part of the vacuuming, because hair twisted into carpet fibre has to be worked out mechanically and takes time a normal vacuum pass does not have.
The car smells — what helps?
If the smell sits in the ventilation, A/C cleaning with ozone at NOK 1,800 is the right treatment. If it sits in the seats, seat treatment from NOK 1,850 is what works. We look at the car and recommend one of them, not both to be safe.
