Recurring cleaning
Recurring cleaning costs kr 625 per hour per person for new customers. If you have had a completed home job with us within the last 60 days, the hourly rate is kr 550. That rate is confirmed automatically against our customer records — you do not have to ask for it.
We put in enough people to be finished in under 5 hours, so your home is not a building site for an entire morning. How often you want us — weekly, every other week or monthly — does not affect the hourly rate. We do not sell a discount in exchange for a commitment.
We use eco-labelled products wherever good alternatives exist, and we dose according to the manufacturer's instructions rather than by guesswork. Where a task calls for stronger chemistry, we use the smallest effective amount and rinse thoroughly.
The area
The base is Skiringssalgaten 6B, in the middle of town. The first 5 kilometres are included, and that covers the town centre, Eik, Sem, Barkåker, Husvik, Træleborg and across the bridge towards Nøtterøy. Further out, a travel fee of kr 20 per kilometre applies, and you see the amount in the booking before you pay.
The building stock here is mixed — interwar blocks in the centre, nineteen-seventies terraced houses at Eik, newer flats towards Kilen. Old window frames, limescale from hard water and stairwells with heavy wear each call for a different approach. That is why we ask for photos before setting a fixed price: an estimate based on square metres alone ends up either too expensive for you or too cheap for us.
You pay 40 % of the estimate at booking — or kr 1250 where the price can only be set after an inspection. The rest you pay once the work is done and you have approved the fixed price. If you do not approve the price, the deposit is returned.

Kr 625 per hour per person for new customers, and kr 550 per hour once you have had a completed job with us less than 60 days ago. The hours are estimated from the floor area; a normal 70 m² flat takes a morning with two people.
No. Many customers give us a key or a code, and then we lock up after ourselves and send word once we are finished. If you would like to be there the first time to go through what matters to you, that is entirely fine.
Yes. We cover Tønsberg with the neighbouring municipalities — Nøtterøy, Færder, Sem, Stokke and Barkåker. The first 5 kilometres from Skiringssalgaten are included; beyond that kr 20 per kilometre, visible in the booking.
