Work it out yourself
Hourly rates in this market run between 450 and 800 kroner, and the clearest operators land around 690 including VAT. Alongside them stand the brokers with "from 3,800". Neither tells you what your clean will come to.
Drammen is a city of flats, which makes a square-metre rate particularly accurate here. A typical central flat is between 45 and 90 square metres, with one bathroom on one floor. The formula is then short: area times 87 kroner, done.
If you have two bathrooms or two floors, we state that as a figure too — 15 per cent per extra bathroom and 30 per cent per extra floor. The point is not that the supplements do not exist. The point is that they are published, so you can add them yourself.
