Four steps, and the coating is the fourth
A ceramic coating is a hard, chemically bonded layer on the clear coat. It cannot correct anything — it locks in the condition. Whatever is in the paint when the layer cures stays under it.
That is the whole reason the three polishing steps are in the price instead of being an add-on you can decline. Selling a coating without preparation is selling a seal over the problem.

We come to your address with our own water, our own power and the whole kit on board. What you contribute is space and cover — everything else is on our van.
Coating is the one treatment where the weather genuinely decides. The layer has to cure dry, and a shower in the middle of curing ruins the film. So we agree the conditions before setting a date rather than hoping.
We look at the paint first
Photos or a quick walk-around tell us whether three steps are right, or whether the paint is good enough that a lighter option will do.
Wash, decontamination and three steps of polish
The full preparation described above. This is the long part of the job and the part that decides the result.
Panel prep and application
The paint is wiped down so no polishing oil is left, and the coating goes on panel by panel at a controlled pace.
Curing and hand-over
