The work
What do we go through in the home?
A move-out clean is judged against the hand-over list, and that list looks much the same whoever the landlord is. We work top down, room by room, using eco-labelled products wherever good ones exist.
The rooms
Ceilings, skirting, door leaves, frames, switches and sockets in every room. Inside, on top of and under all cupboards and drawers, including the empty ones. Radiators and panel heaters wiped down.
The kitchen
Worktops and grout, extractor with the filter out, hob and oven with shelves, trays and door glass, fridge and freezer with seals, and behind appliances that can be pulled out.
The bathroom
Full limescale removal on shower screens, taps, basin and tiles. Grout goes through, the drain is opened and cleaned, vents come down and go back, and the toilet is done behind and underneath.
Windows, floors and the final check
Windows inside with frames, glazing bars and hinges. Floors last, storeroom and hallway included. Then we walk the home ourselves, list in hand, before we lock up.
Approved move-out guarantee
If the landlord does not approve the clean, we come back and put it right free of charge. Tell us within 72 hours of the hand-over and we agree a new time. The yardstick is the landlord approval at the hand-over, not our own view of the job — and we do not charge for the return trip, even though Horten is outside the free travel zone.

Åsgårdstrand sits on the Fv311 between Tønsberg and Horten, around 20 kilometres from Skiringsalgaten 6 B. Horten centre is around 30. Both are outside the five-kilometre free zone, so the rate is NOK 20 per kilometre from your address — which makes Åsgårdstrand cheaper to reach than the centre.
We do not use zone pricing. There is no Horten surcharge and no minimum for crossing a municipal boundary; it is the kilometres from the base that count, and they are the same for everyone.
Åsgårdstrand is older timber houses and holiday homes by the sea, while Horten centre and Borre hold more flats and terraced houses. That changes the working day — old window frames and glazing bars take time — but not the square-metre price.
