What does move-out cleaning cost in Sandefjord?

Three names, one job

You will meet several words for the same job: estate agents say one thing, cleaning firms another, and the form from the landlord a third. With us all three are the same job at the same price — the whole home from ceiling to floor before the keys change hands.
What varies is not the name but the home. Three shapes recur in the municipality, and they give three different sums.

The guarantee
What happens if the clean is not approved?
The approved move-out guarantee: if the landlord does not approve the clean, we come back free of charge. Tell us within 72 hours of the hand-over and we agree a new time.
The difference between that wording and a satisfaction guarantee is who holds the yardstick. A satisfaction guarantee measures against the supplier own view. Ours measures against the assessment you are actually worried about — and we dare to, because we walk the final check ourselves, against the same list, before we lock up.

The work
What do we do, room by room?
A move-out clean is not a thorough ordinary clean. It is a systematic pass through the whole home, in a fixed order, measured against what is checked at a hand-over.
The order is top down, room by room. We bring our own equipment and use eco-labelled products wherever good ones exist.
Ceilings, walls and every edge
Ceilings, skirting, door leaves, frames, switches and sockets. Edges give a clean away: the top of a door frame, the underside of a skirting board, the groove at the floor.
The kitchen, which is half the job
Inside, on top of and under every cupboard and drawer, including the empty ones. Worktops and grout. Extractor with the filter out. Hob and oven with shelves, trays and door glass. Behind appliances that can be pulled out.
The bathroom, where most disputes start
Full limescale removal on shower screens, taps, basin and tiles. Grout goes through, the drain is opened and cleaned, vents come down and go back.
Windows, floors and the final check
Windows inside with frames, glazing bars and hinges. Floors last, storeroom and hallway included. Then we walk the home ourselves, list in hand.
What we need from you
The home should be empty of furniture and belongings, and the power and water should be on. We clean; we do not move you out. If things are left in a cupboard or a storeroom we cannot reach behind them, and those points stay on the landlord list. If the home is still furnished, it does not change the price.
The area
How far is it to Vear, Stokke and Framnes?
Our base is Skiringsalgaten 6 B in 3116 Tønsberg. Vear is closest, around eight kilometres away — it belongs to Sandefjord but sits physically next to Tønsberg. Stokke is around fifteen kilometres out, Sandefjord centre and Framnes around twenty-five.
The whole Tønsberg–Stokke–Sandefjord axis runs along the E18, which makes the drive predictable. We can therefore return on a guarantee visit without it becoming an expedition.
The municipality is not one housing market: the centre has flats, Framnes older stock by the fjord, Stokke detached houses, and Vear is effectively a suburb of Tønsberg. The formula is the same everywhere; the working day looks different.

With us, yes. Whatever your contract calls it, it is the same job at the same price — the whole home from ceiling to floor before the keys change hands.
When should I book?
Two weeks before the hand-over is a safe margin. Hand-overs cluster around the 1st and the 15th of the month, and those days fill first. Book early and you get to choose the slot — including the evening before a midday hand-over.
