Two prices, two good reasons
Indoor work has one known variable: the floor area. That is why move-out cleaning is a formula — square metres times 87 kroner, plus 30 per cent per floor beyond the first and 15 per cent per bathroom beyond the first. You can run it on a piece of paper before contacting anyone.
Outdoor work does not have that variable. Two detached houses with the same floor area can have entirely different wall surfaces, different access around the building and different amounts of moss and algae. So we come out, look, and give a fixed price afterwards. The level is around NOK 9,000 for roof cleaning and for façade washing, but the figure is set once we have seen the building.
That is a more honest model than a price range covering everything from 5,400 to 13,000, which tells you nothing. Exterior cleaning in Vestfold is its own competitive field, and every serious operator in it works from an inspection price. So do we.
How the work is priced
If the house is to be painted, we carry out the complete system with washing, scraping, priming and two coats — priced after inspection.
